The "UC20 model" is a commutator undercutting device that suppresses chip scattering. Undercutting refers to the process of removing resin between the segments of the commutator using a metal saw. The processing slit area of the commutator is detected by a sensor and processed. The cutting depth and undercut length are input via a touch panel.
